Helping Others Help Themselves

Ashely Cargile, LPC-S, RPT
I love supporting parents and children as they learn to restore joy, connection, and peace in their homes. I help parents build strong relationships with their children by teaching practical ways to balance nurturing and discipline. I believe parenting is one of the most meaningful callings God gives us, and sometimes we all need guidance, encouragement, and support in the process.
I work with parent-child dyads (ages 12 months–6 years), children (5+), teens, and young adults. I provide support for concerns such as parent-child relationship struggles, behavioral challenges, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
In my work, I guide parents to develop effective strategies, help children find healthier ways to express themselves, and support young people as they face the pressures and changes of growing up—all within a safe and supportive environment. I want every parent to feel supported, every child to feel safe, and every family to know that lasting change is possible.
