Helping Others Help Themselves

Laura Wright, Ed. D.
I have been walking with clients for more than 30 years, creating a safe and supportive space where people feel both seen in their struggles and encouraged in their potential. My work is grounded in compassion, faith, and the belief that every person’s growth is worth celebrating.

I use a variety of evidence-based therapies that allow me to help individuals, couples, and families work through a wide range of concerns—such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life changes, relationship challenges, and school-related concerns—always tailoring the process to fit each person’s needs.

I work with adults, senior adults, couples, and children (ages 9+). Whether I am helping someone process trauma, supporting a couple in building a stronger marriage, or guiding someone through the heaviness of grief or depression, my goal is to blend encouragement with practical strategies that bring real change.

My approach is trauma-informed, deeply relational, and rooted in faith. I strive to create a space where clients feel free to be fully themselves while also feeling supported to take steps toward growth. I want every client to know they matter, that their story is important, and that they are not walking this journey alone.
